Job summary

Stantec’s 2027 Graduate Programme in Bristol seeks a Graduate Process Engineer to work on water projects, gain practical engineering skills, and support communities and the environment.

You will join a dynamic Process Engineering team, develop technical capabilities across wastewater treatment, water recycling and clean water solutions, with site visits and progression toward Incorporated Engineer or Chartered status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Interest in the water industry.
• Willingness to be in Bristol office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering input across water and wastewater treatment, water recycling and clean water projects.
• Analyse and interpret technical data to inform design decisions and project recommendations.
• Contribute to option development, design calculations, technical reports and engineering deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental and modelling specialists.
• Support client and stakeholder engagement through clear communication and collaborative working.
