Job summary

Stantec invites you to join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Process Engineer in our High Wycombe office, contributing to water sector projects and developing practical engineering solutions that support communities and the environment.

You will work with a dynamic Process Engineering team, gain exposure to water treatment, water recycling and nature-based solutions, and develop technical skills under experienced engineers across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (required).
• Interest in the water industry and graduate opportunities.
• UK right to work without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering input across water and wastewater projects.
• Analyse and interpret technical data to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to option development, design calculations, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental specialists.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Develop understanding of sustainable process solutions, including nature-based approaches.
