Stantec is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme in Leeds for a Graduate Process Engineer to contribute to high-profile water sector projects and develop practical engineering solutions that support communities and the environment.

You will join a dynamic Process Engineering team, building technical skills alongside experienced engineers and gaining exposure to wastewater treatment, water recycling and clean water solutions, with opportunities for site visits and professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Interest in water industry and sustainable delivery.
• Ability to develop technical solutions and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering input across water and wastewater projects.
• Analyse and interpret technical data to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to option development, design calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental and modelling specialists.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders through clear communication.
• Develop understanding of sustainable process solutions and nature-based approaches.
