Job summary

Stantec is recruiting for a Graduate Process Engineer as part of our 2027 Graduate Programme in High Wycombe. You will join a dynamic Process Engineering team working on water sector projects, developing practical engineering solutions to support communities and the environment.

You will gain exposure from wastewater treatment and water recycling to nature-based solutions, with development towards IChemE/CIWEM accreditations and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Chemistry.
• Interest in water industry and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Willingness to work from High Wycombe office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of technical solutions for water and wastewater projects.
• Analyse and interpret technical data to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to option development, design calculations and technical reports across lifecycles.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental and modelling specialists.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate technical input clearly.
