Job summary

Worley, a global engineering and construction organisation, invites applications for its UK Graduate Process Engineer programme across London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen. This two-year rotation offers exposure to FEED, detailed design, and commissioning within ambitious energy, fuels, and infrastructure projects.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on delivery experience, and develop your technical capabilities while pursuing professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Final year of an accredited engineering degree or recent graduate
• Achieving or working towards a 2:1 honours degree
• Right to live/work in the UK
• Strong interest in process engineering
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Collaborative in multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive approach to learning and development

Responsibilities

• Involved in projects across all delivery phases from concept to commissioning
• Develop process deliverables: heat & mass balances, calculations, drawings and reports
• Apply engineering judgement to design, operations and safety challenges
• Support process safety and risk management activities (HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA)
• Consider environmental and operational requirements in solutions
• Use standard software for process simulation and hydraulic analysis
• Support design changes through change management and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors and contractors
• Ensure delivery to quality, schedule and budget
