Job summary

Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, invites graduates to join its UK Graduate E,C&I Engineer programme. You will work across offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Manchester and more, gaining exposure to design and project delivery.

The two-year programme includes structured training, mentoring and professional accreditation support. You will rotate through multidisciplinary teams, contribute to projects from early concepts to execution, and develop technical capabilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Control and Instrumentation Engineering (or closely related).
• Minimum 2:1 honours or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Strong interest in electrical power, control or instrumentation systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of electrical, control and instrumentation systems for UK and international projects.
• Assist with engineering calculations, equipment specs and design reviews under mentor guidance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver work safely and on schedule.
• Develop knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices across project lifecycle.
• Contribute to concept, bid, detailed design and execution phases as you grow.
