Job summary

Worley is seeking Graduate Process Engineers to join the UK team across London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen. The two-year programme offers hands‑on exposure to engineering design and project delivery, with mentoring and support toward professional accreditation.

Graduates will gain experience across multidisciplinary teams on UK and international projects. As a participant, you will work on Carbon Capture, Green Hydrogen, Sustainable Aviation Fuel projects, data centres, pipelines

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate in an accredited engineering degree.
• Achieved or working towards a 2:1 honours degree.
• Full right to live and work in the UK.
• Strong interest in process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist across all delivery phases from concept to commissioning.
• Develop process engineering deliverables (heat & mass balances, calculations, drawings).
• Apply engineering judgement to solve design, safety and operational challenges.
• Support safety studies and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Support project delivery to quality, schedule and budget.
