Job summary

Worley in the UK invites graduates to join our two-year Graduate Process Engineer programme across London, Manchester, Stockton, Glasgow and Aberdeen. You will gain hands‑on exposure to process design and project delivery while developing technical capabilities and professional accreditation.

Working with experienced engineers, you will contribute to projects on carbon capture, green hydrogen, data centres and traditional energy developments, building a strong foundation for your career.

Qualifications

• Final year of an accredited bachelor’s or master’s level engineering degree
• Minimum 2:1 honours or equivalent
• Must have full right to live and work in the UK
• Interest in process engineering with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Involved in projects across all phases of delivery from concept to commissioning
• Developing process engineering deliverables including heat & mass balances, calculations, drawings and reports
• Apply engineering judgement to solve design, operational and safety challenges
• Support process safety and risk management activities (HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA)
• Consider environmental and sustainability requirements in solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors and contractors
• Support delivery to quality, schedule and budget targets
• Communicate technical information to colleagues and stakeholders
