Job summary

InPost is hiring a Graduate Trainee Process Engineering Manager to tackle real engineering challenges within our fast-growing UK parcel network. From day one you’ll work with Network Operations leaders to understand performance, improve processes and build systems that help our operation run smarter, faster and more efficiently.

You’ll need a minimum 2:1 degree in Engineering (or related discipline), graduate within the last three years (2024–2026), and a full UK driving licence with willingness

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024–2026).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations.
• Curious, proactive and able to turn analysis into practical solutions.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engineer the Operation alongside Network Operations leaders.
• Own the Data: analyze productivity data to identify trends.
• Build productivity management systems and reporting.
• Challenge processes and propose smarter solutions.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
