As a Graduate Trainee Operations Manager you’ll gain hands-on experience across our parcel network, working alongside experienced operational leaders to run safe, productive depot operations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel between locations.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
• Able to work shifts including early, late or weekend shifts.
• Confident with data and learning new systems.
• Take ownership and enjoy solving problems.
• Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people.
• Resilient, adaptable and curious.
• Willing to develop into a future operational leader.

Responsibilities

• Get hands-on – work with Shift Leaders and Depot Managers across inbound, sort, outbound and last‑mile operations.
• Own performance – use data to understand issues and turn insight into action.
• Dare to Disrupt – improve processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead people – conduct team briefings and performance conversations.
• Champion the Customer – understand how decisions affect service and quality.
• Make It Happen – adapt to changing priorities and implement improvements.
