Job summary

InPost UK is recruiting a Graduate Operational Support Manager to join the Parcel Operations Support team in Reading. You will work on real projects, learn how route planning and network design drive performance, and develop skills in data, technology and process improvement.

You will support peak periods, collaborate with engineering and operations, and gain hands-on experience across the business while building toward future operations leadership opportunities at InPost.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• Graduated within the last three years (2026/2025/2024).
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Curious and genuinely interested in understanding how things work.
• Enjoy solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
• Confident working with data and technology.
• Able to communicate clearly, including reports and presentations.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support peak planning and execution during key trading periods.
• Learn route planning and last-mile operations.
• Understand network design and capacity planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and SOP updates.
• Develop training materials and deliver training.
• Explore how AI and data can improve processes.
• Contribute to transformation and improvement projects across the business.
• Gain understanding of hubs, depots and technology used in operations.
• Assist with quality, compliance and performance initiatives.
• Support security and proactive risk management.
