Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Trainee Process Engineering Manager to apply data-driven engineering thinking to improve operations across our parcel network.

You will work from day one with Network Operations leaders to understand performance, identify improvement opportunities and help implement practical solutions at scale. You will develop technical, analytical and commercial skills while gaining hands-on experience in process engineering and operational improvement within a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field.
• Graduated within the last 3 years (2026, 2025 or 2024).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Engineer the operation with Network Operations leaders to understand processes and improve efficiency.
• Own the data by analysing operational and productivity data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of productivity management systems and reporting for leaders.
• Dare to disrupt by challenging existing processes to identify smarter solutions.
• Investigate operational challenges, find root causes and develop practical solutions.
