Balfour Beatty plc in Scotland is inviting applications for a Graduate Pre-Construction Manager as part of our 2027 Early Careers programme. You will gain hands-on experience on UKCS projects, take on real responsibility from day one and work with experienced colleagues to develop technical and professional skills.

Based in Maxim Park (Eurocentral), you will support ECI and two-stage tendering, review drawings and specifications, coordinate across design, estimating and commercial teams,

Responsabilités

• Assist on production of ECI and bid technical and commercial deliverables.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate input from design, estimating, commercial and operational teams.
• Identify project risks, opportunities and potential solutions.
• Support the development of project programmes, costs and tender submissions.
• Work collaboratively with customers, consultants and supply chain partners.
