Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc is inviting applications for a Graduate Planner as part of its 2027 Early Careers programme. Join a leading international infrastructure group and gain hands-on experience on major UK projects from day one.

Based in Maxim Park (Eurocentral) within the UKCS - Regional Scotland team, you’ll work with experienced colleagues to develop planning and project controls skills for a successful career in infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction or Project Management or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2:2 honours degree required.
• Interest in infrastructure and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day planning across projects ensuring programmes stay accurate.
• Develop and update short-term and long-term project programmes.
• Monitor progress, analyse variances, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers and project teams.
