Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control is looking for a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover East Devon. You will start with a 6–12 month focus on a defined area, resolving pest issues while receiving comprehensive training.

The role offers a clear career pathway with opportunities in Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager. Successful graduates from science or business-related degrees can join a company that prioritises development and customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree in science/BSc or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism (minimum 2.2).
• Willingness to engage with customers daily.
• Flexibility to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest behaviour.
• Provide advice on maintenance and hygiene of premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
