Rentokil Initial is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover the Telford area. You’ll receive industry-recognised training, start as a Pest Control Technician, and support customers by resolving pest issues while learning under a structured program.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,669 with expected OTE £32,000, a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile, uniform, and career-path options such as Sales Surveyor or Field Biologist. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in science-related subject or BA in business-related field.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to work flexibly and interact with customers daily.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and assess risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of activity.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene practices.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide excellent customer service and present a professional image.
