Qualifications

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Ship Science, Marine Engineering, Marine Technology, Ship Building, Offshore Engineering, Composites, Aerospace, or Ocean Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Two-year graduate programme with placements across hydrodynamics, structures, design, stability and safety.
• Work on diverse naval projects, from submarines to surface ships, to gain breadth and depth in naval architecture.
• Receive structured support, mentorship and masterclasses to develop communication, resilience and wellbeing.
• Progress to a permanent engineering role with potential for professional registration and leadership in the future.
