Job summary

Babcock International Group offers a two-year Marine Structures Graduate Programme in Rosyth, Scotland, starting Sep 2027. You’ll rotate through live projects supporting the Royal Navy and international customers, performing structural assessments and designing platform structures with ANSYS and AutoCAD.

Graduates with a BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc in structural, mechanical, civil engineering or related fields will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and pathways toward Chartered status while

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must have a STEM degree in a relevant field.
• Security clearance BPSS and SC may be required; eligibility is restricted.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on large-scale marine structural engineering projects for defence.
• Contribute to student projects across rotations during the programme.
• Develop practical skills in structural design and analysis using industry tools.
