Arup’s London Energy team is seeking a graduate mechanical engineer to support delivery of low carbon energy systems. You will work on high-level sizing, district heating and cooling, and economic feasibility studies within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with energy systems modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involved in high-level infrastructure sizing and mechanical systems design.
• Design of district heating and cooling piped systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and owners' engineering roles for low-carbon energy projects.
• Develop whole-system energy models and scenarios.
