Your Mission:

As a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our projects, collaborating with project managers to develop detailed drawings. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic knowledge and grow your technical skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Master CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models for fabrication.
2. Develop a keen eye for detail, ensuring drawings are accurate and ready for production.
3. Communicate effectively with your team and stakeholders to discuss design ideas and adjustments.
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project needs and criteria.
5. Help develop practical solutions that meet technical challenges while upholding quality and safety standards.
6. Create and refine design iterations using computer–aided design tools.
7. Learn to evaluate design solutions against industry regulations and client standards.
8. Contribute to documenting the design process and sharing progress updates.
9. Participate in team meetings to advance larger projects.
10. Produce accurate designs, material lists, and detailed drawings within timelines and standards.
11. Stay curious and learn about the latest advancements in design techniques.

What you'll bring to the team:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A strong interest in design and a desire to develop skills in creating detailed drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD software (experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus!).
• A logical approach to problem-solving and a keen analytical mind.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
