Your Mission:

As a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of our projects, collaborating with project managers to develop detailed drawings. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic knowledge and grow your technical skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Mastering CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models for fabrication.
2. Developing a keen eye for detail, ensuring drawings are accurate and ready for production.
3. Communicating effectively with your team and stakeholders to discuss design ideas and any necessary adjustments.
4. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project needs and criteria.
5. Helping to develop practical solutions that meet technical challenges while upholding quality and safety standards.
6. Creating and refining design iterations using computer-aided design tools.
7. Learning to evaluate design solutions against industry regulations and client standards.
8. Contributing to the documentation of the design process and sharing progress updates.
9. Participating in team meetings to advance larger projects.
10. Producing accurate designs, material lists, and detailed drawings within agreed timelines and standards.
11. Staying curious and learning about the latest advancements in design techniques.

What you'll bring to the team:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. A strong interest in design and a desire to develop your skills in creating detailed drawings.
3. Familiarity with CAD software (experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus!).
4. A logical approach to problem-solving and a keen analytical mind.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
