Are you a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering seeking to work with a small M&E contractor and advance your career through a tailored training program and clear progression opportunities?

In this role, you will receive personalized training and work on diverse, high-profile projects, including landmark university buildings, secure MoD sites, and modern data centres.

This position is ideal for a Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to join a specialist company that offers long-term progression and bespoke training.

The Role

1. Supporting the mechanical design team in delivering HVAC and building services projects from concept to completion.
2. Producing detailed mechanical designs and calculations using industry-standard software.
3. Assisting with site visits, surveys, and project coordination.

The Person

1. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is desirable (training will be provided).
3. A passion for technical design and sustainable solutions.
