Job summary

KPI RECRUITING LTD is seeking a Graduate Maths Learning Mentor to work in Bradford secondary schools for an October 2026 start. This full-time, term-time only role offers hands-on experience in a school environment, supporting GCSE and A-Level students with mathematics.

You will run small-group sessions and one-to-one mentoring, helping learners develop problem-solving skills and confidence, with a competitive salary of up to £560 per week.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or higher in Mathematics or related subject.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math knowledge with ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a teaching career.
• Previous tutoring or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted Mathematics support across KS3, GCSE and A‑Level.
• Lead small-group intervention sessions and one-to-one mentoring.
• Support revision strategies and examination techniques.
• Help students build confidence and resilience.
• Collaborate with Mathematics teachers to boost outcomes.
• Foster positive relationships to encourage engagement.
• Assist pupils needing extra support to reach attainment.
• Support students to achieve expected attainment levels.
