Position overview and responsibilities:

• Recommending improvements and driving these forward by taking initiative, responsibility, and ownership of the systems.
• Maintaining high standards of operational hygiene and cleanliness of the facility and work areas.
• Identifying and leading projects aligned with business goals.
• Ensuring production documentation is appropriate and updated.
• Ensuring product conformance to specifications during production.
• Minimising waste, producing quality products, managing stock levels, and supporting the delivery of production plans and business KPIs.
• Maintaining safe systems and procedures, reporting incidents.
• Communicating effectively and acting professionally.
• Prioritising resources to maximise manufacturing performance.
• Reporting quality concerns and supporting quality management systems.
