Protocol Education Limited is seeking a proactive Graduate Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings in Durham and surrounding areas. You will work with experienced teachers to help students overcome barriers and reach their potential.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates from any degree background, eager to gain classroom experience, develop skills in SEND, SEMH, behaviour support, and intervention delivery.

• Strong communicator.
• Experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis.
• Assisting learners with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
• Delivering targeted intervention sessions.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
• Supporting classroom learning activities.
• Helping students develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
