Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant in Sunderland to provide tailored support to pupils, both 1:1 and in small intervention groups, helping access learning and build confidence.

You will work closely with teachers to reinforce classroom learning, promote inclusion, and support pupils’ wellbeing. A degree in any subject and a passion for education are essential, with training provided and clear routes into teacher training.

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils on both a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups, providing targeted support to help them access learning, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
