Job summary

Bidwells is inviting applications for a Graduate Land & Development Surveyor at our Cambridge head office. You will work with experienced professionals advising landowners and developers across the East of England, supporting appraisals, reports and planning advice from day one.

You will learn development valuation, planning, APC preparation and client delivery while collaborating across Residential, Planning, Commercial and Operational Living teams. A strong 2:1 and IT competence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2:1 in a relevant, RICS-accredited degree.
