Job summary
Bidwells is seeking a motivated Graduate Land & Development Surveyor to join our Cambridge Head Office. You will work with experienced professionals advising landowners, developers, and investors across the Eastern Region, supporting appraisal work, reports, and strategic advice from day one.
You will develop expertise in development valuation, the planning system, and land transactions, collaborating with Residential, Planning, Commercial and Operational Living teams to gain a broad learning
Qualifications
- 2:1 in a relevant, RICS accredited degree is required.
- Strong interest in real estate and development is essential.
- Excellent IT skills with Microsoft packages are expected.
Responsibilities
- Carry out research and valuations to identify residential development land opportunities.
- Coordinate documentation for tenders and sales.
- Assist in marketing of plots and larger sites.
- Draft reports advising clients on planning and development agreements.
- Attend site viewings and maintain opportunity databases.
- Prepare presentations for landowners and developers to win work.
