Job summary

Bidwells in Cambridge seeks a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join the Office & Labs team for September 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio, work with industry-leading experts and start building a surveying career, with APC support and a two-year graduate development program.

You’ll develop technical expertise, build client relationships and contribute to project delivery as you progress toward RICS Chartered status in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems with attention to detail.
• Good team-player with a proactive attitude.
• Full UK Driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of agency instructions across Office & Laboratory sector.
• Advise clients on property purchases, sales and lettings.
• Prepare marketing materials and property information.
• Undertake market research and provide comparable evidence.
• Support development advisory projects to maximise value.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support BD initiatives.
• Develop understanding of the Office & Laboratory market and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Agency, Lease Consultancy, Property Management and other teams.
