Job summary

Arvato UK is launching an 18-month Graduate Programme for an ERP Systems Graduate. The role sits between IT and BPM teams at our Hams Hall site, with travel to other UK sites as required.

We are seeking a technically minded graduate who enjoys solving problems, understanding how things work, and identifying better ways of doing things. This is a great start to a career where IT, systems and business processes converge to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• A degree in IT, CS, BIS, Software Engineering or related subject.
• Understanding of ERP systems and how technology supports business operations.
• Some exposure to coding or scripting, through uni, projects or personal learning.
• Interest in business processes and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
• Structured and process-driven approach to work.
• Confidence to ask questions and challenge how things are done.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, understanding how processes and systems work together.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP and other business systems.
• Map and analyse existing business processes to find inefficiencies.
• Support investigation of system- and process-related problems.
• Use data and logical thinking to identify root causes.
• Explore how technology and automation could improve processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear information for technical teams.
• Assist testing and implementation of system and process improvements.
• Build knowledge of ERP systems, coding and process management.
