Sinara Consultants are recruiting an Application Support Analyst to join the Technical Operations team in London. You will provide third-line support for Sinara-built applications, analyze and resolve incidents, and collaborate with developers on potential defects.

Training starts immediately, with a 3-month structured program and a mix of on-site and remote work. The role requires availability outside standard hours on a rotation, with a base salary of £42,000 and benefits including pension,

Qualifications

• You will have some experience working in a customer facing support role in an IT environment.
• We are not looking for any specific certification, but you should demonstrate relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to applications and environments.
• Analyse, prioritise and triage incidents reported by customers.
• Collaborate with developers on potential software defects.
• Communicate with customers until incident resolution.
• Proactively maintain support materials and contribute to performance reports.
• Deploy applications and perform routine change tasks.
