Job summary

RTX UK is seeking a Graduate Integrated Product Support (IPS) Engineer to join the IPS and Training Team at our Malvern site with a November/December 2026 start. You will work with experienced engineers, develop an understanding of complex systems, and gain hands-on experience from technical documentation to customer training.

This role blends technology, problem-solving and communication, offering a solid foundation for a career in IPS, systems engineering or technical training.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or IT and a passion for technology.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and take ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation and manuals in various formats.
• Collaborate with systems, software and programme teams to understand products.
• Support customer training using presentation tools and hands-on sessions.
• Contribute to Integrated Product Support and documentation.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure effective lifecycle support.
