Job summary

RTX in Malvern, UK, seeks a capable Technical Documentation professional to develop and deliver manuals and training materials for ISR exploitation systems. You will collaborate with engineering and project teams, produce manuals in various formats, and support customer training using PowerPoint.

Role requires UK security clearance (SC minimum) and will include UK/overseas travel. Based in Malvern with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy and customer-focused support.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of technical documentation and training material production.
• Background in ISR Exploitation Systems desirable.
• Experience in developing Training Plans to satisfy customer and business requirements.
• Experience conducting Maintenance Task Analysis on ISR Exploitation Systems.
• Experience using MS Office for producing and updating supportability documentation and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical documentation and training materials for customers.
• Collaborate with systems/software engineering and programme management.
• Prepare IPS/Supportability documentation and various technical manuals.
• Assist in customer training using MS PowerPoint and on the job training.
• Travel within the UK and overseas as required; maintain security clearance.
