Job summary

Rentokil Initial is recruiting graduates for a Specialist Hygiene Technician role with a 6-12 month training plan across a defined geographic area. You will deliver essential hygiene services, respond to emergencies, and provide expert client advice while gaining hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning and infection control.

You will work toward Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications plus a BESCA certification, with potential Supervisory or Sales opportunities based on performance and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or BA in Management, Hospitality, Logistics or Environmental Health.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to meet business needs.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control.
• Work towards Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification.
