Job summary

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene UK is offering a Graduate Management Programme for ambitious graduates. You will start as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 6-12 month training plan in a defined geographical area, gaining hands-on experience in hygiene services and emergency response while working toward Level 1/2 qualifications and BESCA certification.

After 6-12 months, opportunities for supervisory or sales roles may arise based on performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or a BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree
Full UK driving licence
Strong work ethic and customer service skills
Flexibility to meet business needs
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required)

Responsibilities

Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients
Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota
Provide expert advice and professional service to clients
Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more
All the while working towards Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in hygiene, plus a BESCA certification in Air or Grease Hygiene
