Job summary

Rentokil Initial is inviting new graduates to join the Graduate Management Programme for Specialist Hygiene in the UK. You will begin as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a structured 6- to 12-month training plan across a defined geographical area, delivering essential hygiene services and building experience in biohazard cleaning, infection control, and more.

With comprehensive training, Level 1 and 2 hygiene qualifications, BESCA certification, and a potential path to supervisory or sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or a BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.
