Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers UK is launching a Graduate Management Programme in the Bristol area. The role starts as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a structured 6–12 month training plan across a defined geographical area.

You will deliver essential hygiene services, respond to emergencies, provide expert client advice, and gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning and infection control, while working toward Level 1/2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
• Flexibility to meet business needs
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients
• Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota
• Provide expert advice and professional service to clients
• Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more
• All the while working towards Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications in hygiene, plus BESCA certification in Air or Grease Hygiene
