Escape seeks a Graduate HR Coordinator in Scotland to support payroll processing, HR administration, pensions, and employee records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain practical experience across payroll and HR.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll help maintain confidential payroll data and HR records, assist with payroll reconciliations and year-end processes, and prepare reports for the Finance team.

Formación

• Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting or related subject.
• Numerical and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop across payroll and HR disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Support the accurate processing of employee payroll.
• Maintain payroll and employee records with confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and year-end processes.
• Prepare payroll and worked-hours reports for the Finance team.
• Support pension administration and GDPR-compliant HR records.
• Provide day-to-day HR admin support to employees and managers.
• Prepare reports for internal departments and travel coordination when required.
