Job summary

Escape is seeking a Graduate HR Coordinator in Scotland to support payroll processing, HR administration and pensions. You will work under the HR Manager to maintain records and ensure confidentiality while developing cross-disciplinary skills in payroll and HR.

The role suits a numerate graduate with strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive approach to learning in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting the accurate processing of employee payroll
• Maintaining payroll and employee records
• Assisting with payroll reconciliations and discrepancies
• Supporting year-end payroll processes including NI and P11D
• Processing wage arrests and documentation requests
• Maintaining holiday and absence records
• Preparing payroll and worked-hours reports for Finance
• Supporting pension administration
• Maintaining confidential HR records per GDPR
• Providing day-to-day HR admin support to staff and managers
• Preparing reports for internal departments
• Supporting improvements to HR and payroll processes
