Leonardo is launching an 18‑month Graduate Programme in Basildon for Electronics Engineers. The role focuses on designing and developing electro‑optical, communications and information system products under experienced leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree (or higher).
• Acceptable degrees: Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Electronics-biased degrees with modules in digital design, analogue design or signal processing.
• Experience with IC design and simulation tools.
• A passion for solving complex engineering problems and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of electro‑optical, communications and information system products.
• Interface with cross‑disciplinary engineers and with customers during design.
• Work across requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, acceptance and support.
