Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and consult stakeholders
• Willing to travel and stay away from home; virtual working is embraced where possible

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of innovative and sustainable projects across sectors such as infrastructure, buildings, water and environment
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and budgeting; help monitor budgets and track progress
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain clear client communication
