Job summary

Arcadis is recruiting graduates to join its two-year GROW Programme in the UK. You’ll work on real client projects from day one, rotating through civil, rail, water and energy streams, and develop core engineering and consulting skills through hands-on delivery and cohort training.

You will be supported by mentors, gain exposure to international projects, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions, safety and quality in every assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or recent graduate with a 2:2 or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Eligible to graduate in 2025/2026/2027 and pursue professional qualification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel and site-based working when required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to civil, rail, water or energy projects under supervision.
• Learn project delivery, contracts and commercial constraints.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver safe, sustainable designs.
• Attend site visits and develop technical and professional skills.
