The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) invites applications for a Site Operations Manager at the Sizewell C project in Leiston. You will coordinate site activities, manage logistics and plant interfaces, and uphold safety, quality and efficiency across the project lifecycle.
You will work with cross‑functional teams to deploy staff, ensure fit‑for‑purpose plant and tools, and develop the workforce while delivering Zero Harm commitments.
The Geotechnical Sub Alliance (GSA) is at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes. We’re responsible for the preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world‑class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK’s clean‑energy future.
Responsible for the efficient running and resourcing of site operations in order to support the work of the project to achieve excellence in safety, quality, sustainability and efficiency. Ensure that the process strategy and in particular the culture and its impact on project delivery is clearly communicated understood by site staff teams.
