You will work closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure designs are efficient, practical and buildable, while managing client expectations and driving continuous improvement.

• Experience delivering engineering designs from concept to completion.
• Ability to work with estimating and operational teams to improve design outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competitive, holistic designs with a focus on buildability and efficiency.
• Provide technical design support across departments and with external clients.
• Analyse inputs, benchmark against best practices and integrate into design solutions.
• Attend client meetings and manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Lead or assist in knowledge transfer and training within the team.
