Job summary

Bachy Soletanche Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex geotechnical projects in the Northern Division. You will oversee initiation through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budgets.

You will manage client communications, coordinate with site supervisors, estimators and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement to maximise project profitability and net margins.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering geotechnical/construction projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiation and planning: clarify scope, lead handover from estimator to delivery team.
• Budget and cost reviews; manage project costs and value.
• Coordinate plant, personnel and mobilization with site teams.
• Procure materials and manage subcontractors and long-lead items.
• Maintain client communications and project documentation (RAMS, ITPs, lift plans).
• Oversee site works, manage changes in scope, costs, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
