Evan Craig is recruiting for a Graduate Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical Engineer based in Liverpool. The role focuses on developing expertise in a smaller, focused project portfolio while balancing site and office work on geotechnical and environmental tasks.

You will join a reputable consultancy with a strong regional footprint, supporting investigations, data interpretation and reporting while collaborating closely with site teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in geology, civil engineering, earth science or related field (2:1 or above).
• Approximately 1–3 years of relevant background in ground investigation or early-years site engineering.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of geotechnical/site engineering work across a focused portfolio of live projects.
• Undertake site appraisals and review third-party information.
• Perform desk studies, land contamination assessments, remediation strategies and validation.
• Manage site investigations from planning through to completion.
• Assist project management to ensure delivery matches scope and budget.
• Interpret data and prepare reports to professional standards.
• Conduct human health and controlled water risk assessments, preferably DQRA.
