b3 jobs ltd in Oxfordshire is seeking a Graduate Food Technologist to support clients across food safety, labeling compliance and supplier management. The role offers a hybrid pattern (4 days on site, 1 from home) and involves advising on legislation, reviewing labels, and helping manage technical documentation.

We welcome graduates with a degree in food science or related discipline and at least 1 year in the sector, combined with a can-do attitude and strong report-writing skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food or related industry role.
• Degree in food science, nutrition, or a related discipline preferred.
• Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
• Exposure to food safety, labelling, or quality assurance is a plus.
• Confident communicator capable of advising clients and producing well-structured reports.
• Organised and reliable with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical advisory support to clients on food safety, legislation, and compliance.
• Supporting supplier due diligence assessments for wholesale and retail clients.
• Reviewing product labelling against UK legislation and relevant food law requirements, and managing product specifications and technical documentation.
• Contributing to product benchmarking and shelf-life assessment activity.
