b3 jobs ltd is a specialist food technical consultancy based in the UK. The Graduate Food Technologist role is hybrid, based in Oxfordshire, with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 and a 4-1 on-site/off-site work pattern.

You will support a varied client portfolio across food safety, labelling, and supplier management while developing technical reports and gaining practical experience in compliance and product documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food or related industry role.
• Confident communicator with ability to produce well-structured reports.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support on food safety, legislation and compliance.
• Support supplier due diligence assessments for wholesale and retail clients.
• Review product labelling against UK legislation and food law requirements; manage technical documentation.
• Contribute to product benchmarking and shelf-life assessments.
