Job summary

Jensen Hughes seeks a Graduate Fire Engineer to join our UK & Ireland offices. You will work under experienced engineers on fire safety projects across diverse building types, gaining hands-on project experience and CPD support.

You’ll be part of a structured Graduate Development Programme designed to help you progress toward Chartered Engineer status while contributing to innovative safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, or Physics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Right to work in UK or Ireland.
• Additional qualifications and experience would help.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out fire engineering analysis on a range of new and existing building projects.
• Analysing fire growth, means of escape, structural fire resistance and smoke control using various methods.
• Preparing technical reports and liaising with clients.
