Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a Graduate Application Engineer for field-based work across the South East London & Home Counties region. You will spend much of your week visiting consultants and engineers, applying technical knowledge in a commercial environment.

Structured training, product exposure and early ownership of your region are offered, with regular travel and occasional overnight stays, plus CRM and proposals support. A UK driving licence and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management with multi-project capability.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel four days a week.
• Able to cover the South East, London and Home Counties.
• Strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit consulting engineers across your region to build relationships.
• Engage with consultants at feasibility and specification stages to influence design decisions early in the project lifecycle.
• Work with consultants to secure projects and influence specifications where competitors have been considered.
• Deliver technical presentations and CPD sessions.
• Work closely with the internal technical team to develop proposals, handle technical queries and convert specifications into orders.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product range and how it applies across a variety of technical applications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, logging customer visits, tracking your pipeline and ensuring opportunities are followed through.
• Work towards agreed annual targets, balancing relationship-building with measurable commercial progress.
